NEW TO YOGA COURSES FOR BEGINNERS & OUR 'NOT SO NEW TO YOGA' COURSES! //

Our new to yoga course will give you the chance to explore the basics of a yoga practice, learn some of the postures you'll find in a yoga class, explore a few styles of yoga, practice some breathing techniques and relaxation postures to take home.

We now have a new course added too, a 'Not So New To Yoga' Course, which is a progression from the New to Yoga course, or for those who have done some yoga in the past but want to come in a course setting before attending classes on the schedule!

Please ensure you can make all the dates of your course as we can't swap dates out unfortunately.
