KIDS YOGA //

Our Yoga for Kids Course consists of weekly 45 minute classes that are fun, playful and relaxing. Kids are introduced to yoga poses through fast and active play and learn to control their breath and consciously focus their mind during age appropriate relaxation exercises.

TEEN YOGA //

This class allows teens to take a break for their busy lives; enter an environment of support, physicality and relaxation. Yoga teaches techniques that are useful for coping with everyday stresses - whether that be how to relax before an exam, facing insecurities, or simply general stresses in their lives.
