Perfect for beginners or those returning to yoga after a while, this session will give you the chance to explore the basics of a yoga practice, learn some of the postures you'll find in a yoga class, and practice some breathing techniques and relaxation postures to take home.

You don't have to be able to touch your toes!

Our New to Yoga Workshops are £15 for the 2 hours. They will be interactive and via Google Meet, so you can ask questions to your teacher and we can all see each other, and there is a 7 day playback option too if you can't quite make the exact date and time.
