The cover is easy to remove, and machine washable (includes a stitched handle). The cover is made of organic cotton and the bolster is filled with a buckwheat husk - an entirely eco-friendly product. You can also unzip the inner to add or remove filling for optimum comfort.

Inside the bolster:
Is buckwheat! They last for a long time, sculpt to the body and are entirely natural. Buckwheat grains mould perfectly to the body offering firm support and heat retention – as well as being exceptionally durable – unlike cotton bolsters these will never lose their shape!
