welcome to your 7 class pack of gentle, balanced practices.
Work through them at your own pace - whether you choose to do them in 1 week, or spread out over the length of time that suits you. Rewatch as frequently as you like too.
1) moving slowly through sun salutations into hatha
We will be taking our time to explore the intricacies and benefits of Sun Salutations. From these movements, we will explore further into a Hatha based practice. A great one to dive in for total beginners, or those who enjoy taking time to explore and understand the movement.
2) Gentle Hatha
A practice that takes incorporates and introduces you to some frequent postures you'd find in a yoga class. We calmly explore these postures as we move through the class.
3) Yin Yang Flow (shoulder focus)
We start with an energising flow that focuses on shoulder opening, alongside moving our whole body, and then end in a softer, slower practice that aims to release tension.
4) Vinyasa Flow
A lovely energising, uplifting flow. We start seated, before making our way upwards onto the mat to move.
5) gentle restorative flow
A soothing, calming class that aims to ground and relax you. End in a lovely rest.
6) energising hatha
Enjoy practicing with postures that bring in some calm, uplifting energy.
7) Yin Yang Flow (Hips focus)
We start this Yin Yang flow with the Yin element - enjoying hip stretches before we enjoy a fluid, slightly more energy giving Yang part of our class.
Alongside this we will also be looking to run 1 live Trika at Home class a week from our studio that you will be able to purchase a pass for! Exact details of this to come in 2025.
This 1 live class a week will vary in class style each week, and will have unlimited playback!
