Our New to yoga course will give you the chance to explore the basics of a yoga practice, learn some of the postures you'll find in a yoga class, explore a few styles of yoga, practice some breathing techniques and relaxation postures to take home.
Our Mindful Yoga to Destress course *new in Jan!* which explores yoga, mindfulness, tapping and self massage to help reduce stress and foster a sense of inner balance.
And our Explore Mysore Ashtanga block, for those who would like to delve into a more personalised approach to Ashtanga practice.
For parents and babies - a 6 week baby massage course too!
