CANCELLATION POLICY (Please read!)

If something comes up and you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as far ahead as possible so we can offer the space to someone else. We cannot offer any refunds to your deposit or the remainder of your retreat payment once your booking is made. Please make sure you have made necessary arrangements to ensure you can attend. However if you can't attend and if we / you can find someone to fill the space in your place, we can offer you a partial refund. See more in detail below.

Please note that full payment for your place on the retreat is due 2 months before the retreat start date. We will be in touch with you to take payment :)

For cancellations:
• Please note that the retreat deposit is not refundable once paid.
• 60 days or more beforehand, the balance is refunded but we will retain your deposit of £200. 
• In any other circumstances, full payment for your place will be taken as though as you have attended.

If we need to cancel the retreat:
We have very rarely done this, with the exception of the Covid19 pandemic. Should we need to cancel the event for any unforeseen circumstances, we will let you know as far ahead as possible and offer a 100% refund.
