Alongside our 1 weekly live class, we are offering 7 x 60 minute (some are a tad longer!) classes from our studio, Trika Yoga. Work through them at your own pace - whether you choose to do them in 1 week, or spread out over the length of time that suits you. You will also be able to rewatch this as frequently as you like, and be able to keep access to classes once you've purchased them.
