Our online studio, so you can practice from the comfort of your own home. For those who would like to practice with us, but can't make it to Trika in Bristol.
welcome to your 7 class pack of steady, strength building practices.
Work through them at your own pace - whether you choose to do them in 1 week, or spread out over the length of time that suits you. Rewatch as frequently as you like too.
1) Vinyasa Flow
An energising, uplifting practice! Enjoy your practice to a fun, joyful pace.
2) Strength & Conditioning (upper body focus)
We warm up with sun salutations, moving into a vinyasa style class, that is peppered with strength building repetitions that blend into the movements.
3) Core Yoga Flow
A steady, energising class that focuses on connection to your core - whether that be with breath, small or larger movements!
4) Ashtanga Yoga
Enjoy this class that has a wonderful pace throughout. We start with sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, before we close into savasana.
5) Yin Yang Flow
A Yin Yang flow class to bring a balance of energy and also that extra time to stretch and release.
6) Power Yoga
A fun filled class where we enjoy creative sequences and perhaps trying something new!
7) Strength & Conditioning (lower body focus)
Like a Yin Yang, but more specific to preparing you for a good night's sleep. The class starts with a fluid, gentle movement before we settle into our Yin postures, and then end with relaxation alongside a short Nidra.. slide into bed after..
Alongside this we will also be looking to run 1 live Trika at Home class a week from our studio that you will be able to purchase a pass for! Exact details of this to come in 2025.
This 1 live class a week will vary in class style each week, and will have unlimited playback!
