Our online studio, so you can practice from the comfort of your own home. For those who would like to practice with us, but can't make it to Trika in Bristol.
welcome to your 7 class pack of grounding, restful practices.
Work through them at your own pace - whether you choose to do them in 1 week, or spread out over the length of time that suits you. Rewatch as frequently as you like too.
1) Gentle Flow
Slow, soothing, restful. Enjoy these gentle movements to bring a calm to your day.
2) Yin Yang Flow
We start with our Yang practice - getting some grounding, fluid movement in before the second half of class that is slower, more restful, before we end in a savasana.
3) Hatha into Yoga Nidra
A steady Hatha flow where we mindfully move between posture to posture, before we end in a lovely restful practice of Yoga Nidra. Bring your pillows and blankets for the Yoga Nidra section of this class!
4) Grounding Hatha
A class that aims to make you feel grounded, steady, calm in your being.
5) Yin Yoga
Mainly floor based, Yin aims to bring release to our bodies with longer held, relaxed postures. Do bring cushions to this class that you can use as props!
6) Gentle Restorative Flow
We start the class by moving gently- easing off areas of tension that we notice in us, before we grab all our bolsters, props, pillows for the restorative section of class. Soothing...
7) Flow and Yin to Unwind
Like a Yin Yang, but more specific to preparing you for a good night's sleep. The class starts with a fluid, gentle movement before we settle into our Yin postures, and then end with relaxation alongside a short Nidra.. slide into bed after..
Alongside this we will also be looking to run 1 live Trika at Home class a week from our studio that you will be able to purchase a pass for! Exact details of this to come in 2025.
This 1 live class a week will vary in class style each week, and will have unlimited playback!
