we offer a range of courses, workshops, classes and massages that we hope provide support in your journey- from conception, pregnancy, postnatal, and parent baby classes.

Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates Classes
We have 4 pregnancy classes on our schedule;
• Tuesdays Yoga: 7.30-8.30pm
• Saturdays Yoga: 10.30-11.45am
• Sundays Pilates: 11.45am-12.45pm

Parent and Baby Yoga & Pilates Classes
We have 2 Parent & baby classes on the schedule;
• Tuesdays Yoga: 10.45 - 11.45am
• Thursdays Pilates: 10.45 - 11.45am

Pregnancy + Postnatal Massage
Help ease sore spots, relax muscle tension and nourish yourself. A great treat for new mums or mums-to-be. Available every Fridays, and some Sundays.

Mother's Massage
Our mother's massage is for all mothers, whether newly postnatal or however old your child is. We take a holistic approach mixed with deep tissue techniques to help you unwind patterns held in your body built up from taking care of your child / children.
