Continuing positive habits into Spring ๐ธ
Oh my goodness, Spring is here ๐ท We made it, everyone!!!! We are about to witness the days get a little longer and the flowers coming to peek through, HURRAH! In the UK, the Winter to Spring transition is, well, that - a transition ๐ ๐
So just some encouragement that if youโre still feeling a bit "hibernation-y,", that's a lovely thing to notice and allow yourself to come out into Spring at your own pace.ย The transition out of winter is a lovely time to reflect on the positive habits you've formed in the Winter, and having that carry you through the rest of the season ๐ธ.

Sometimes continuing your positive habits is as simple as practicing showing up for yourself.ย
Taking a yoga practice as an example, by keeping your practice steady, you give yourself a dedicated window to check in with your energy and mood as they shift. That consistency is what can give you a sense of grounding and anchor in yourself. ๐๐ฝย
Saying that, within that steadiness is the adaptability we need to feel balanced - for instance, some mornings might call for a warm and structured practice, whereas on other days, you might just need gentleness and breathing to feel grounded.
Just some thoughts now we've popped into Spring ๐ Now shall we take an exhale together, because, well, it just feels really good?! 1, 2, 3.. take a deep breath in.. and deep breath out. ๐๐ฝ
