For us, yoga encompasses everything throughout the day, from time on the mat and everything else around and in between. ✨ The 'after' of a class is a particularly lovely time - you've spent your mat time processing stuff from the day, you've had a savasana to give your body and mind a rest.. It is a lovely time to continue nourishing yourself with a hearty, soulful meal. 💪🏽

Food is a language of care- think of warming spices, zesty flavours, rich textures - all the different foods and flavours that ground you or energise you where you need it! The nourishment we give our bodies provides literal building blocks for our health. At the end of the day, our Yoga practice really includes all aspects of how we tend to ourselves, the care of our whole-being and feeling at home within yourself. 

At Trika, this is how we hope to share our practices — from being on the mat to other daily things that extend far beyond. Through our classes, courses, retreats and workshops, we hope to share space with you to reconnect and tend to yourself in ways that feel supportive and nourishing. Whether it’s moving, resting, sharing food, or simply being in good company, it’s all part of the same thread: building yourself up from the inside with ease and care. 🤍
