We’ve all been there. You want to start yoga or pilates.. perhaps you’ve even Googled "yoga for absolute beginners" or "Pilates for recovery", but the idea of stepping into general studio class isn't your bag quite yet..

Private yoga / pilates sessions are often searched for as shortcuts, or even a special luxury, but we like to think of them as a safe, personal space to you or your group, where the practice is built entirely around your rhythm. They're particularly great practice while navigating an injury, pre or postnatal changes, or you simply want to build your confidence in a private / small group space where you have 60 minutes of dedicated support. Or perhaps to be able to practice together with your trusted circle of friends; as a meaningful way to spend time together in a relaxed setting.

We love offering private sessions, whether it is a 1:1 or a group because the energy is always so positive and supportive. 🤗 

If you're interested, our pricing for private sessions are simple and straightforward. 🙂
• 1:1 Session: £55
• Small Group (3–5 people): £80
• Larger Group (5–15 people): £150
